Plasma soft surgery uses a pen-like device that converts electrical energy into plasma gas, creating a tiny arc that sublimates (vaporises) surface skin cells. This process stimulates fibroblast activity, tightens collagen fibres, and encourages new skin cell regeneration.

  • Plasma soft surgery is a non-surgical treatment that uses ionised gas to tighten skin, reduce wrinkles, and remove minor lesions without cutting or injecting the skin.

  • Common treatment areas include upper eyelids, under eyes, around the mouth, neck, jawline, skin tags, and acne scars.

  • We use a topical numbing cream before treatment. You may feel a light heat or prickling sensation, but discomfort is minimal.

  • Small carbon crusts (dot-like scabs) will form and flake off in 5–7 days. Redness or pinkness may persist for 1–2 weeks as the skin heals.

  • You’ll notice skin tightening immediately, with continued improvement over 8–12 weeks as new collagen forms.

  • Results can last 2–3 years, especially with good skincare and sun protection. Some areas may benefit from top-up sessions.

  • We recommend plasma treatment for Fitzpatrick I–III skin types due to risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation. We’ll assess your suitability during consultation.
